Swing TEACH Program

TEACH supports mission-driven individuals who want to enter the substitute teaching profession.

About the TEACH Program

At Swing, we are doing our part to tackle the nationwide teacher shortage by investing in and supporting new substitute teachers. The Teacher Engagement and Certification Help Program (TEACH) provides participants with monetary, personal, and professional support in becoming working substitute teachers.

As a TEACH participant, you can earn up to $1,000 in incentives, including bonuses for completing the program, reimbursement of all setup costs, and access to free resources. Plus, you’ll be eligible to earn additional incentives based on how often you get in the classroom.
