What you’ll do
- Support daily activities in SBCUSD’s State Preschool programs (ages 3-5) or Infant/Toddler programs (birth to 3 years old).
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and play-based learning environment that promotes child development.
- Follow daily schedules and lesson plans provided by the school.
- Work collaboratively with Lead Teachers to manage classroom ratios and support student needs.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with center directors and staff.
Getting started is simple!
We’re seeking experienced ECE professionals ready to bring their specialized skills to the public school system. Partner with Swing to make an immediate impact in SBCUSD early education classrooms.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pass a background check and TB test (we will help you through it!).
- Provide proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination with 2 lifetime doses.
- Provide proof of Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) booster shot within the last 10 years.
